WebHotelier is:<\/p>\n<p>WebHotelier Technologies Limited<\/p>\n<p>Mnasiadou 9 (Demokritos Building, Office 16)<\/p>\n<p>1065 Nicosia<\/p>\n<p>Cyprus<\/p>\n<p>For the purposes of the GDPR, where WebHotelier processes your personal data<br \/>\non behalf of <strong><em>Niriides Apartments<\/em><\/strong>, WebHotelier is<br \/>\nthe the Data Processor. When this notice mentions \u201cdata processor,\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cprocessor,\u201d \u201cWebHotelier,\u201d it refers to WebHotelier Technologies Limited.<\/p>\n<p>WebHotelier is a certified<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcisecuritystandards.org\/pci_security\/\"><br \/>\nPCI-DSS<br \/>\n<\/a><br \/>\nLevel 2 Service Provider audited monthly by<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trustwave.com\/\"><br \/>\nTrustwave<br \/>\n<\/a><br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<p>The User may contact WebHotelier&#8217;s Data Protection Officer:<\/p>\n<p>Data Protection Officer<\/p>\n<p>dpo@webhotelier.net<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obligatory nature of providing the data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The data requested in the forms accessible from the booking engine are, in<br \/>\ngeneral, mandatory (unless specified otherwise in the required field) to<br \/>\nmeet the stated purposes. WebHotelier cannot process it in any other way or for any<br \/>\nother purpose.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We grant permission to our data processor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 to use your personal information for reserving rooms and\/or other<br \/>\nservices for you at <strong><em>Niriides Apartments<\/em><\/strong>;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to pass on your financial details to<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<em>Niriides Apartments<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nand\/or appropriate third party (for example, credit card company) for<br \/>\nthe purpose of confirming or paying for a booking;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00b7 to use your information for marketing purposes (where you<br \/>\nexplicitly agree to this); and<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 to pre-complete forms and other details on our website to make<br \/>\nyour next visit to our booking engine easier (e.g. when amending or<br \/>\ncancelling a booking).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Login:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of registration and\/or access through a third-party account,<br \/>\nwe may collect and access certain information of the User\u2019s profile from<br \/>\nthe corresponding social network, solely for internal administrative<br \/>\npurposes and\/or for the purposes indicated above.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Third-party data (e.g. book for a friend)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event that the User provides third-party data, they declare that<br \/>\nthey have the third party\u2019s consent and undertake to provide the interested<br \/>\nparty -the data holder- with the information contained in this Privacy<br \/>\nNotice, duly exonerating us and our data processor from any liability in<br \/>\nthis regard. If you are accessing any of<br \/>\nour systems from outside the USA, you acknowledge that your personal<br \/>\ninformation may be transferred to the USA, a jurisdiction which may have<br \/>\ndifferent privacy and data security protections from those of your own<br \/>\njurisdiction, to be processed and stored.<\/p>\n<p><strong>User&#8217;s Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The User:<\/p>\n<p>Guarantees that they are of legal age or legally emancipated, where<br \/>\napplicable, fully capable, and that the information furnished to us is true,<br \/>\naccurate, complete and up-to-date. For these purposes, the User is<br \/>\nresponsible for the truthfulness of all the data communicated and will keep<br \/>\nthe information updated, so that said data reflects their actual situation.<\/p>\n<p>Guarantees that he\/she has informed third parties on whose behalf he\/she<br \/>\nhas provided data, where applicable, of the aspects contained in this<br \/>\ndocument.
